The servers are always great but not always attentive. The coffee is very good. They have an extensive menu and everything I've had has been great. Today, I had the chicken enchilada omelet. Normally, I shy away from chicken and eggs, but the tomatillo, avocado, peppers, and mozarella, sold me. I ordered the omelet with hash browns. It came out looking perfect with the cheese melted over the top. It was big and delicious. I ordered it with corn tortillas which never materialized. My buddy, Tim had eggs, bacon, and a Belgian waffle. We ordered corn beef hash for the table which was straight out of a can. It reminded Tim of Dinty Moore, the brand I always associate with The Road Warrior. I wouldn't order the corned beef hash again, but I would go back to Cafe Buna.
